Delivery Times:  We aim to dispatch all our orders within 7 days of receiving cleared funds but please be aware that items carrying a low stock warning may be subject to a 28 day delivery delay due to printing constraints and it is advisable to contact us before placing an order for any of these.  

Delivery/Order Instructions:  Please ensure you take great care in completing your address and contact details accurately.  All orders will be delivered to the address indicated on the order form and must be in the United Kingdom (excluding Channel Islands).  We cannot accept liability for the loss or damage to the goods if they have been delivered in accordance with the customer's instructions.

Postage and Packing:  Your parcel will be delivered by Royal Mail recorded post or courier.    Please ensure you provide the correct delivery address and postcode and a correct email address is necessary in the event we need to contact you.  Please check your goods carefully on receipt. In the unlikely event of damage in transit please contact Little Crab Designs immediately.

Local Collection:  For anybody living near East Preston, West Sussex you are very welcome to collect your order in person and save yourself the postage.

Overseas Delivery:  Please contact Little Crab Designs for a postage quote.

Returns Policy:  We are sure you will be delighted with your purchase but to ensure peace of mind we are happy to offer a full money back guarantee (less postage) on all items. Simply contact Little Crab Designs for a returns number and return the unwanted item within 7 days in the original condition it was received and in the original packaging with the returns number clearly indicated in the package. It is advisable to return all items using a signed for service as Little Crab Designs will not be held responsible for any losses.
