Faulty or Damaged Goods: We pack and check your order thoroughly before dispatch. Occasionally, damage can occur in transit, even though we pack items carefully to avoid this. If a parcel arrives in a damaged condition please notify Little Crab Designs immediately. We will then make arrangements with you to return the goods for either replacement or full refund.
